The Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System is committed to delivering quality care while conducting its business with integrity and in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. It is the goal of our healthcare system to prevent unlawful acts through education and training. It is further our goal to detect unethical or unlawful activity, to remediate the circumstances underlying such activity and to deter future unlawful conduct. To that end, we have developed a Compliance Program that is intended to and designed to meet the criteria of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations as a "program that has been reasonably effective in preventing and deterring criminal conduct."
